Itinerary
Arrive into Vancouver and transfer to your city hotel to relax before your journey begins. Depending what time you arrive, you may have time to wander around the waterfront and grab some dinner before getting ready for your Great Bear Rainforest Safari.
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before transferring back to the airport to catch your light aircraft flight to Terrace where you will be met and taken to the Pacific Yellowfin where you will settle in and have a briefing about your upcoming journey. As you will arrive quite early your adventure begins straight away with your Captain setting sail into the Great Bear Rainforest.
Overnight: Pacific Yellowfin(B, L, D)
Spend your days encountering the wildlife of the Great Bear Rainforest via hikes, kayaking and excursions aboard the Pacific Yellowfin. The Great Bear Rainforest is the only location in the world to witness rare white spirit bears and you can enjoy a special guided tour with the Gitga’at Spirit Bear Keeper to see these creatures in the wild. Watch as they feed on salmon in the streams and roam the verdant forest. As well as witnessing spirit bears, grizzlies, whales and birdlife in the rainforest, enjoy cultural visits including a tour of some remote villages and historic First Nations sites. When not out exploring, relax on board the Pacific Yellowfin, dining on quality cuisine and chilling out on deck with a good book.

Spend your final day exploring the Great Bear Rainforest before heading back to the harbour. It’s now time to say goodbye to this amazing region. Disembark the Pacific Yellowfin and head back to the airport for your transfer back to Vancouver. Spend one more night in Vancouver where you can eat out and reminisce about your trip.
Depending on your departure flight time you may have time to see some of the city sights. When you’re ready, transfer back to the airport for your onward flight home.

Cancellation Policy
Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,
- Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
- Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
- Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted only by email.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
